2. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information needed for service delivery

  • Respond to communications in a timely manner

  • Supply assets (e.g., logos, login access, content) you have the right to use

  • Review and approve deliverables promptly

Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may cause delays or additional charges.

3. Payments

    • Pricing and payment terms are specified in individual invoices or proposals

    • Payments must be made on time to avoid project delays

    • Services may be paused or terminated for non-payment

    • All payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing

4. Revisions and Deliverables

    • Each project includes a fixed number of revisions, as agreed before project start

    • Additional changes beyond the scope may incur extra charges

    • Final deliverables are shared once full payment is received

5. Ownership and Usage Rights

  • Upon full payment, you own the rights to all final project deliverables

  • Cendrix retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless explicitly declined by the client in writing

6. Phone Number Handling & Consent

  • When you provide your phone number through our website or forms, you consent to receive transactional calls and SMS messages related to services, booking links, or updates

  • These communications are only sent after verbal or written interest is confirmed

  • We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with any third parties

  • You may opt out of future communication at any time by replying โ€œSTOPโ€ or emailing us

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Cendrix is not liable for:

    • Loss of business, revenue, or search ranking due to changes in algorithms or third-party platforms

    • Downtime, bugs, or service outages caused by third-party providers

    • Clientโ€™s misuse or mismanagement of delivered assets or logins

    Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service rendered.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice

  • All work completed up to termination will be billed accordingly

  • Access to completed deliverables will be revoked until outstanding payments are made

9. Privacy

  • We collect basic contact and business information only for service delivery.
    All personal data, including email and phone number, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and never shared or sold to third parties.

10. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services implies your acceptance of any revised terms.
